For years, I struggled through life, unfulfilled and out of balance. I was a successful over-achiever with no confidence and a lack of belief that life would ever be easy for me. I was in constant search for the next ‘thing’ that may give me the peace of mind and joy I was searching for. My life experiences taught me that true joy and peace come from within. Learning how to take time for myself, slowing down to ENJOY my life helped me to connect to my inner brilliance. It is my life purpose to teach clients the steps to move beyond overwhelm, quiet mind chatter that limits them and to live life with passion.

As a graduate of both Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork, I have been a licensed esthetician, bodyworker, reflexologist and successful business owner for over 14 years. I have organized Law of Attraction discussion groups and facilitated workshops that support clients in finding inner peace and life balance. It has been rewarding coaching individual clients as well as small groups for the past 3 years. Expanding my knowledge and expertise is a passion of mine. I am currently working toward a degree in registered nursing and will attend the Lawrence Memorial/Regis College School of Nursing program this fall.
